The research aims to apply a modified SERVQUAL model to evaluate the quality of the educational services via conducting exploratory research for students from the College of Administration and Economics- Department of Business Administration- Evening studies at the University of Baghdad. Methodology: A Descriptive evolutional study has been carried out during the period from 1 February 2022 to 1 June 2022. This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan. It suggested that the working banks in Jordan should establish database, and to create working teams.

2. Identify the differences in Ambivalence among University students according to variable of Specialization (scientific / literary).
To achieve this aims of the research, the researcher set up the instrument is scale of Ambivalence that consistent (19) item. And the researchers applying this scale on the sample amounted to (200) among University students. Then after data processing statistically, the researchers reached the following results:
1. University students have Ambivalence.
2. There is no is differences in Ambivalence among University students according to variable of Specialization (scientific / literary).<
