The current research aims to identify the psychological well-being of the educational counselors, as well as to identify the significance of differences in psychological well-being according to the variables (gender, duration of service). The number of scale's items reached (42) items distributed evenly on six dimensions (autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relationships with others, purpose in life, self-acceptance), for each field (7) items. The scale was applied to a sample of (400) school counselors (male-female) who were randomly selected from the six directorates in the Baghdad governorate for the academic year 2020/2021. The results showed that the educational counselors in the Baghdad governorate for the six directorates have psychological well-being. There are no statistically significant differences in psychological well-being between males and females and duration of service among counselors.
أن الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو التحليل الهيكلي لبنية مقياس الصحة النفسية لطلبة الجامعة الذي طورته الجنابي (1991) باستخدام التحليل العاملي. إن 66 طالبا و95 طالبة من كلية التربية في الجامعة المستنصرية قد استجابوا لفقرات المقياس. وقد أظهر التحليل العاملي وجود خمسة عوامل فسرت 30% من التباين, وان هذه العوامل هي الإستقرار العائلي، والأمن الاقتصادي، والمسؤولية الإجتماعية، وتقدير الذات، والأمن النفسي.
The study sought to identify the attitudes of PhD students towards establishing the field of educational administration. The study followed the descriptive survey method. The questionnaire was used to collect information from the study community consisting of (95) male and female students in the department of educational administration and Planning. The ideas and principles formulated by Ibn-Jamaah in the field of education occupy a central place in the historical origins of education for Muslims. These views and principles have an active role in the educational reorganization that the Islamic world aspires to. These ideas have had a great impact on the educational process that had preceded the opinions of Russo, Pestalutzi, Fruel, Herbert, and Dewey.
