The current research aims to identify the multiple intelligences in the fourth students’ acquisition of the literary processes of Arabic grammar and to identify the differences in multiple intelligence according to gender (males - females). The study was determined for students of the fourth literary preparatory Al-Hakim Preparatory (for males) and Rabat Preparatory (for females) of the Second Karkh Education Directorate, topics from the Arabic grammar subject (past tense, present tense, imperative, subject, and object) for the first semester of the academic year 2019-2020. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the average scores of the students who were taught by the multiple intelligences strategy and the averages of the scores of the students who were taught by the traditional way. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of male and female students in favor of females on the post-science process test. The study also indicated the superiority of females in linguistic intelligence over males, while males outperformed in physical-kinesthetic intelligence over females. The research came out with a set of recommendations and suggestions.

This paper investigates the collocational use of irreversible food binomials in the lexicons of English (UK) and Arabic (Iraq), their word-order motivations, cultural background, and how they compare. Data consisted in sixteen pairs in English, versus fifteen in Arabic. Data analysis has shown their word order is largely motivated by logical sequencing of precedence; the semantically bigger or better item comes first and the phonologically longer word goes last. Fifty-Four paddy samples, 45 soil samples, and nine irrigation water samples of some paddy fields at Alfurat Alawsat Area, Iraq were collected to investigate the microbial quality including total count bacteria (TCB), molds and yeast, total coliform (TC), and E. coli bacteria. Paddy samples were processed at the laboratory level to produce rice at 32 and 36 whiteness, and the microbial quality of the produced rice was conducted too. The results showed that all irrigation water samples were overpassed the FDA limit for E. coli. All paddy samples were exceeded the good limit of TCB, but no sample exceeded the acceptable limit.
