The current research aims to identify the stressful life events among middle school students in terms of gender (male-female), academic branch (scientific-literary), and the Life Skills of the students of the preparatory stage in terms of gender (male-female), and academic branch (scientific-literary). Additionally, the study aims to identify the relationship between stressful life events and life skills in middle school students. A sample of (200) students who were selected randomly from the Directorate of education of Baghdad Karkh/ III was used in this study. To achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher has adopted two scales, the stressful life events scale for the researcher Al-Sultan (2008), and the life skills scale by Al-Tamimi (2015) according to the World Health Organization (2005). The results revealed that the research sample has a stressful life event. There are no statistically significant differences among the members of the research sample in the stressful life events in sex and the academic branch. The research sample has four life skills (self-awareness, problem-solving, critical thinking, and health skills). There are no statistically significant differences in the members of the research sample life skills according to the gender variant and the academic branch. There is no non-functional relationship between stressful life events and life skills (self-awareness, problem-solving, critical thinking, and health skills). The current research came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.

The results revealed that the gas bladder of the adult fish consists of single chamber, paraphysoclistous , and its wall consist of three layers. This study aims at recognizing Pesticides and how the process of pesticides biodegradation by microbiology took place, and the effect of environmental condition on this process. And how the research uncovered the efficiency of microbiology in the biodegradation process of pesticides, as the perfect temperature for the biodegradation process is 40 °C and humidity effect on pesticides efficiency, when high humidity reduces pesticide efficiency and the perfect acidity to increase bacteria efficiency is 7, for the incubation period, it was found during the previous studies that the best incubation period is 5-7 days, in this period the bacteria imprint on pesticides and increase biodegradation of it.

The following dilutions -710X46, -610X46, -510X46 of Bacillus thuringiensis were used for bioassay against the different larval instar of the potato tuber moth Phthorimaea operculella by the spraying method, the results showed that there was no significant influence in the percentage of egg hatching in comparison with the control. The sensitivity of larval stages was reduced with the increasing the age and exposure period. The study also showed that the larvae infected with B.t. stopped feeding, movement and a general paralysis causing the death of larva after (24-48) hours , and the larva color was changed from the natural waxy colour to brown finally to the black after death.
This study aimed to isolate and phenotype lymphocytes in untreated children patients with chronic allergic asthma. To reach such aim the study involved (25) patients from children (17 male and 9 female) whom their ages where between (3-10) years, in addition to (15) apparently healthy children (9 male and 6 female) in the same ages involved as control group.
