The role of university in awareness of Social and Cultural Human Rights to Students
still at the beginnings . the irritable secure of Iraqi environment is the most challenges that
cease any work that may raise the human rights in university . in spite of obstacles the same
society of university like conferences and meetings that related to this subject . as well as the
luck of professional teachers.
This study raises a group of important questions, perhaps the most :
The contribution of university in educates their students of the social and cultural human
rights? What are the most challenges that facing these students? Does the university
responsible of this luck of understanding these human rights?

The aim of the research is to clarify the role of service quality through its dimensions represented by (tangibility, reliability, safety, response, empathy) in tax compliance with taxpayers, i.e. performance of the duties and obligations of the taxpayer through its dimensions (registration, accounting, payment of the amount of tax), and to know For this role, a sample was taken from the taxpayers of the branches of the General Authority for Taxes spread in the governorate of Baghdad and its affiliated districts, which amount to (15) tax branches, as (215) questionnaires were distributed to know the impressions and reactions of the taxpayers regarding the level of service quality through the aforementioned dimensions. The study aimed at identifying youth and sport forums from planning and leadership point of view and their relation with organizational culture. The researchers used the descriptive method on (140) worker in Baghdad youth and sport forums. A scale was designed for measuring planning and leadership in youth and sport forums as well as designing a scale for measuring organizational culture. After the application of the main experiment, the results showed that both youth and sport forum administration scale and organizational culture scale are appropriate to the study community.
