هدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على اثر استراتيجية الياءات الخمس في التميه مهارة الاشغال المعدنية ، وتبلورت مشكلة البحث عن السؤال الاتي هل يوجد دور لاستراتيجية الياءات الخمس في تنمية مهارة الاشغال المعدنية لدى طلبة كلية التربية الاساسية ، عينة البحث شملت 60 طالب، اما الاستنتاجات التي توصل اليها البحث - تسهم استراتيجية في زيادة الدافعية نحو التعلم , لما توفره فيه من الجو التفاعلي الذي كسر الجمود مما انعكس ايجابياً

This research aims at building a proposed training program according to the self-regulated strategies for the mathematics teachers and to identify the effect of this program on relational Mathematics of teachers. The sample of the research was (60) Math teachers; (30) teachers as experimental group and (30) teachers as control group. The results of the current research reacheded that the proposed training program according to some self-managed learning strategies, meets the needs of trainees with remarkable effectiveness to improve the level of their teaching performance to achieve the desired goals. Media writing is accuracy writing. Clarity and concision are its predominant features. It is a writing that goes straight to the essence because it has no time to waste. Furthermore, it must be as accurate as scientific writing. It is destined for the average reader and has to be understood by everyone. However, it can be as elegant as literary writing. The variety in its forms of expression does not prevent media writing from having its own amplitude.

In this paper, SiO2 nanoparticles thin films were synthesised at different PH values of solution by sol gel method at fixed temperature (25oC) and molar ratio (R =H2O/precursor) of (Tetra Ethyl Ortho Silicate) TEOS as precursor at (R=1). The structure and optical properties of the thin films have been investigated. All thin films were tested by using X-RAY diffraction. All X-RAY spectrum can be indexed as monoclinic structure with strong crystalline (110) plane. The morphological properties of the prepared films were studied by SEM. The results indicate that all films are in nano scale and the particle size around (19-62) nm .The size of silica particles increases with increasing PH value of solution where both the rate of hydrolysis and
