Massive efforts have been focused on designing of new anticancer medications. One of these approaches is inhibiting histone deacetylase (HDAC) which have a major role in regulation of cellular epigenetic processes. The non- selectivity of HDAC inhibitors is the major limitation for their use, therefore, recent researches have been oriented toward introducing of selective(HDAC) inhibitors through inhibition of HDAC2 and HDAC6 enzymes. A set of pyrazoline derivatives was designed and virtually studied by means of molecular docking, ADME, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. Compound 5 showed promising virtual binding affinity on the HDAC 2 and 6 inhibitors, and exhibited more in silico affinities to (4LXZ)& (5EEI) respectively than SAHA.

In this paper tri-component or ternary, blends of gasoline, ethanol, and methanol presented as an alternative fuel for Iraqi conventional gasoline. The study conducted by using GEM blend that equals E85 blend in octane rating. The used GEM selected from Turner, 2010 collection. G37 E20 M43 (37% gasoline + 20% ethanol+ 43% methanol) was chosen as GEM in present study. The translation of phraseological units is among the most challenging tasks in literary translation, as fixed expressions convey denotative, connotative, and cultural meanings that resist full equivalence. This study classifies the strategies employed in the Russian translation of Viola Ardone’s The Train of Children, drawing on the frameworks of Vinay and Darbelnet, Newmark, and Koller. Analysis of 37 idioms reveals five strategies, with phraseological equivalence prevailing, while compensation—though less frequent—emerges as stylistically most significant.

Children who have a health problem need special requirements for their clothes. The purpose of the study is to design functional and aesthetic clothes to meet their needs. The research used the applied descriptive approach. The research sample comprised 120 women whose children suffered from hip dislocation. Designs for injured children presented and submitted to the arbitrators for evaluation regarding the functional and aesthetic aspects. The finding was achieving the design solutions. The most important recommendations are to increase attention to designing clothes to suit all the needs of society.
