يعد تفعيل بناء المؤسسات التربوية ورفع مستواها من المهمات الأساسية  التي ينبغي تحقيقها من خلال تحسين دورها في التعبير عن الأرادة المجتمعية المرتبطة  والمتناغمة مع مقومات البيئة المادية والبشرية وعلى وفق متغيري الزمان والمكان، وان مسؤولية الأدارة التربوية تتمحور في أعادة النظر في هياكلها الوظيفية الادارية واستثمار الطاقات البشرية العاملة وتنظيمها ووضعها

This research has targeted four aims related to the social morals of university students in terms of psychological aspect and Islamic field; they had been achieved as follow:

1. It had been sought in the social morals concept in Islam in relation to the Holy Quran and Hadith sources.
2. It had been built standard for the social morals of the university students through analyzing Hadith and adopting focus ratio to identify the number of ten social moral items; and they have been subjected to the statistical analysis then finding the psychometric indicators to identify their truth and validity.
3. To identify the ratios of social morals at a sample of Isla

The study attempts to assess water quality in Abu-Zirig Marsh which used epiphytic Diatom community for assessing water quality. Many of Diatom indices {Trophic diatom index (TDI), Diatom index (DI), Generic diatom index (GDI) have been used to give qualitative information about the status of the freshwater ecosystem(good, moderate, high pollution). The aim of this study is to recognize the influence of model of active thinking in achievement ofeighth grade students andtheir visual thinking in science.The finds of this research show the superiority students of the experimental group who studied the science material by using the active thinking model on the students of the control group who studied by usual method, in the achievement test. Also the finds show that the students of the experimental group are more successful than students of control group in the test of visual thinking, so the two null hypotheses have been rejected.
