      Layer by layer development two features of pulsed laser deposition PLD, with a high kinetic energy and sharp instantaneous deposition rating. Layered films of polymer/metal/ceramic nanocomposites consisting of polystyrene PS(as substrate) , tin Sn and cadmium oxide CdO were deposited by PLD. Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is one of the most common genital infections among women in the childbearing age. Many novel, fastidious and uncultivated bacterial species are related with BV. These are called bacterial vaginosis associated bacteria (BVAB), present in trace amount and have a significant role in the infection. A total of 80 vaginal swabs were obtained from 80 pregnant and non-pregnant women. Samples were collected from different hospitals in Baghdad city and Al-Kut city.

Aminomethylene Meldrum’s acid derivatives were synthesized by a three-component, one-pot reaction of Meldrum's acid with triethyl orthoformate and different aromatic amines. The prepared compounds were characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR and 13C NMR) and evaluated as anti-corrosion and anti-rust additives by blending with base lubricating oil, according to the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM-D130 and ASTM-D665).
