تظهر اهمية مفهوم ألذات من حيث انه احد دوافع الفرد الداخلية التي لها تأثير معين على التحصيل الدراسي لدى التلاميذ وعلى تكيفهم مع بيئتهم التربوية أثناء الدراسة، لذلك فان معرفة كيفية قياس مفهوم ألذات وأدراك الفرد لذاته تساعد في عملية تقويم الفرد من حيث قدرته على التكييف وثقته بنفسه كما تفيد في التخطيط عن طريق وضع برامج تساعده في زيادة مفهوم ذاته عن نفسه.

The research aims to measure family negligence and its relationship with internet addiction among university students. The researcher has developed a scale of (20) items to measure the negligence of family, which was applied to (308) male and female university students in the first and fourth stages. The research concluded that University students suffer from family negligence. The research sample has an addiction to the Internet. There is a relationship between family neglect and addiction to the Internet among university students. The researcher came out with a number of suggestions and recommendations.

The study aims to identify the extent of the availability of administrative empowerment and the implementation of remote supervision in relation to two variables with respect to the employees of the Saudi Ministry of Education. The study included (456) male and female supervisors. The questionnaire has been administrated to collected data related to the research aims. The results indicated that both the extent of the availability of administrative empowerment and the implementation of remote supervision is of an average degree. The current research aims to identify the level of E-learning among middle school students, the level of academic passion among middle school students, and the correlation between e-learning and academic passion among middle school students. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher developed two questionnaires to measure the variables of the study (e-learning and study passion) among students, these two tools were applied to the research sample, which was (380) male and female students in the first and second intermediate classes. The research concluded that there is a relationship between e-learning and academic passion among students.
