وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الاوهام الايجابية فضلاً عن التعرف على الفروق في الاوهام الايجابية بين الطالبات على وفق متغير الحالة الاجتماعية (متزوجة – غير متزوجة) والتخصص الدراسي (علمي – انساني) والمرحلة الدراسية (اول- رابع)، تألفت عينة البحث من (120) طالبة من طالبات جامعة بغداد -كلية التربية للبنات وكلية العلوم للبنات، وتم تطبيق مقياس البحث - مقياس (الاوهام الايجابية) وهو (من إعداد الباحثة)، وقد اسفرت نتائج البحث عن:

The objective of this work was to study the effect of oral administration of Cyperus esculentus (CE) and its alcoholic extract on sperm function parameters in prepubertal mice as a model for human .The animals were divided into three groups each contains 6 animals .Group 1 was treated with 150 mg/ kg body weight /day of crude CE, group 2 was treated with same dose of alcohol extract of CE and group 3 regarded as control throughout six weeks period. The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss).
