The current research aims to evaluate the appraisal form for Arabic language teachers in light of comprehensive quality standards by designing standards for the competencies of primary school teacher in accordance with comprehensive quality requirements. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach. The research community included the Arabic language supervisors in the Education Directorates of Diyala Provincial and Baghdad. The research sample consisted of (14) supervisors from the Diyala Provincial Department of Education and the First Rusafa Education Directorate in Baghdad Governorate by (8) supervisors and (6) Supervisors respectively specializing in Arabic language. As for the research tool, questionnaire prepared by the researcher on the competency criteria of the primary school teacher according to the comprehensive quality requirements which included (30) paragraphs. The findings of the research revealed that the standards of primary school teacher competencies prepared by the researcher, according to the overall quality requirements were included in the evaluation form for Arabic language teachers, and their new teachers, with varying rates according to the variation of their means and their percentage weights from the point of view of the Arabic language supervisors. In light of the results of the research, the research came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions
The analysis of Iraqi light oil (light naphtha) by capillary gas chromatography- mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was performed by the injection of whole naphtha sample without use of solvents. Qualitative analysis and the identification of the hydrocarbon constituents of light naphtha was performed and comparison had been done with American light oil (light naphtha). The obtained results showed a major difference between the two-light naphtha.

This study focused on two areas in AL-Najaf city, AL-Ruhbah and Al-Haydariyah regions because of the importance and widespread use of groundwater in these areas. The two areas were compared quantitatively and qualitatively. For the quantitative approach, the GMS software was used in conjunction with the GIS software to simulate the groundwater flow behavior. Fadak farm project was selected to conduct this study in and to evaluate the state of quality and health indices in term of soil physical properties, where this farm is located in Holly Najaf Governorate. Some physical properties (soil texture, mean weight diameter, bulk density, porosity, infiltration rate, saturated hydraulic conductivity and available water) were selected to assess the quality then health indices, Results showed that classes of moderate and poor soil health were dominated in lands of this farm for physical properties It was noted that the class good of soil health wasnot collaterally appeared in areas for the physical characteristics.
