The research seeks to design a program of guidance in the form of emotional perception rational to reduce the fear of failure, to identify the effect of method of emotional perception rational in reducing the fear of failure. To achieve these objectives, the researcher adopted the null-hypotheses, which assume there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of fear of failure (for the control group) in the pre-posttest. There are no statistically significant differences in the fear of failure (for the experimental group) in the pre-posttest. There were no statistically significant differences in the fear of failure of the groups (experimental and control) after the application of the program in the post-test. In order to test the hypotheses, the researcher used an experimental design with partial control (experimental group design and control group with pre-posttest). The sample consisted of (20) athletes and was randomized to two equal groups of a control group and an experimental group. The equivalence of the two groups was carried out in some variables (pre-test scores, age of months, the academic achievement of the father, academic achievement of the mother, and economic status). The method of emotional perception was applied to the experimental group while no method was provided for the control group. It constructed the measure of fear of failure, which has (26) paragraphs. The results showed that the application of the guiding method (rational emotional perception) had an effect in reducing the fear of failure. In light of the results of the research, the researcher put forward a number of recommendations and suggestions.

The complexes of the bivalent ions (Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Hg ) have been prepared and characterized too. The structural was established by elemental analysis (C.H.N.S), FT-IR, UV-Vis spectra, conductivity measurements atomic absorption and magnetic susceptibility and determination of molar ration (M:L). The complexes showed characteristic behavior of tetrahedral geometry around the metal ions except with (Cu) complex showed square planer.
This paper presents the implementation of a complex fractional order proportional integral derivative (CPID) and a real fractional order PID (RPID) controllers. The analysis and design of both controllers were carried out in a previous work done by the author, where the design specifications were classified into easy (case 1) and hard (case 2) design specifications. The main contribution of this paper is combining CRONE approximation and linear phase CRONE approximation to implement the CPID controller. The designed controllers-RPID and CPID-are implemented to control flowing water with low pressure circuit, which is a first order plus dead time system. A series of lanthanide metal (???) complexes have been prepared from the new azo ligand, 3-(1-methyl-2-benzimidazolylazo)-Tyrosine (MBT). The structural feature were confirmed on the basis of their elemental analysis, metal content, molar conductance, magnetic measurement, FTIR, 1 HNMR and UV-Vis spectra studies. The isolated complexes were found to have a mole ratio (1:2) (metal:ligand) stoichiometry with the general formula [Ln(MBT)2]Cl (Ln(???) = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu and Gd). The chelates were found to have octahedral structures. The FTIR spectra shows that the ligand (MBT) is coordinated to lanthanide ions as a N, N, O-tridentate anion via benzimidazole nitrogen, azo nitrogen and oxygen of hydroxyl after deprotonation. Com
