All these vocabulary and others have a great impact on the authentication of the learning process and achieving its immediate and future goals. Likewise, class congestion impedes the use of educational facilities and school workshops in an appropriate manner, such as the library, laboratory, and computer, and adversely affects the implementation of practical activities accompanying some curricula, and this affects academic achievement. Therefore, the study deals with answering the following question: What is the effect of the physical environment and overcrowded classes on academic achievement? The current research aims to identify what the physical environment is in schools, whether schools provide students with a physical environment consistent with the requirements imposed by the educational process, the effect of classroom overcrowding on the academic achievement of students.

It includes access to the results using standard methods, where the standard model was built according to quarterly data using the program STATA 17. According to the joint integration model ARDL, the research found a long-term equilibrium positive for the relationship between GDP and the money supply in Iraq, as the change in the money supply by a certain percentage will lead to a change in GDP by about 71% of that percentage. The importance of research is to be considered by highlighting the tax policy in Iraq which extended for successive measurement of the amount of tax receipts for respective periods, the research problem represents security, economic and political issues that Iraq suffered which were very difficult since Nineties of the last century until now that led to a lake of clarity in tax policy trends, volatility in it and finally reflected on the tax revenues increase or decrease.
