The goal of current research to identify the implications of intellectual and psychological drawings of women in prison in Sulaimaniya province through her paint and collected through cooperation with the creativity of the development organization of women in Sulaimaniya, consisted search of five chapters, the first chapter contains the goals of the research and its problem and its significance in addition to its limits and determine the terminology, while the second chapter included the theoretical framework and the literature on the subject of the search, and in the third quarter where he explained the researchers research methodology and procedures, either in the fourth quarter may offer researchers graphics prisoners and then read through the identification analysis procedures, and in the fifth chapter the authors discuss the results Find and that was the most important,(77%)of the women prisoners was style self, while walked through (23%) of whom style and realistic (50%) of whom suffer fear, anxiety and stress, as she was (43%) of them tend to be concentrated in an attempt to compensate marginalized them, was (36%) of whom find it difficult to communicate with others, while 7% of them feel betrayed. The study showed a significant rise in the proportion of the labor force in agriculture
activity among the detailed economic activities in 1997 with a rate (%28.9), and then

Based on collections made during March to September 2012. A totals of 58 species belong to 33 genera were identified from extra north to extra south of Erbil governorate, among them 30 species are registered as a new record to flora of Iraq. Most attention was paid to the most common and abundant lichens that present almost in most locations, which were Collema cristatum, Diploschistes scruposus, Lecanora dispersa, Lecanora murales, Pertusaria flavicunda, Placidium lacinulatum, Thelomma californicum and Verrucaria Maura.

The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher used the descriptive method because it meets this research. The two research tools were a questionnaire and the statistical program (spss). The results revealed that there is a strong positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty, which means that when the managers have a Transformational Leadership leads to having organizational loyalty.
