The goal of current research to identify the implications of intellectual and psychological drawings of women in prison in Sulaimaniya province through her paint and collected through cooperation with the creativity of the development organization of women in Sulaimaniya, consisted search of five chapters, the first chapter contains the goals of the research and its problem and its significance in addition to its limits and determine the terminology, while the second chapter included the theoretical framework and the literature on the subject of the search, and in the third quarter where he explained the researchers research methodology and procedures, either in the fourth quarter may offer researchers graphics prisoners and then read through the identification analysis procedures, and in the fifth chapter the authors discuss the results Find and that was the most important,(77%)of the women prisoners was style self, while walked through (23%) of whom style and realistic (50%) of whom suffer fear, anxiety and stress, as she was (43%) of them tend to be concentrated in an attempt to compensate marginalized them, was (36%) of whom find it difficult to communicate with others, while 7% of them feel betrayed. Background: Iron homeostasis is crucial to many physiological functions in the human body, such as cellular activity, erythropoiesis, and the innate immune response. Iron deficiency anemia may occur from obesity's ability to disturb iron homeostasis. Obesity may be seen as a pre-inflammatory condition with mild, ongoing systemic inflammation. Additionally, an increase in hepcidin levels by chronic inflammation causes iron insufficiency in obese people. For this reason, this current experiment is designed to investigate the iron profile and some hematological and inflammatory parameters in obese adults in the Kurdistan region-Iraq.

The research aims to characterize the strategic plan of the Educational Professional Development Center, to reveal the most important training needs for teachers from this center, to reveal the extent to which this center meets those needs, and to identify the differences between teacher responses about the degree of importance, availability of those needs according to variables of sex, specialization, and years of experience. This descriptive study adopted a questionnaire applied to (256) teachers in the K.S.A. The results of the study showed that all training needs ranged in the degree of importance from large to very large and that the most important were the skills associated with communicating with members of the learning community.

The descriptive approach was adopted to conduct this study. To achieve the study objective, the author designed a questionnaire composed of (24) items included (4) domains applied on (80) male and female school managers were selected randomly. The results showed that the administrative creativity level of secondary school's managers over all domains were too high which ranked as school management domain followed by public community domain then teacher domain and finally, school environment domain. Additionally, each of male, private sector, and experience over 10 years revealed significant differences.

In this paper, a least squares group finite element method for solving coupled Burgers' problem in 2-D is presented. A fully discrete formulation of least squares finite element method is analyzed, the backward-Euler scheme for the time variable is considered, the discretization with respect to space variable is applied as biquadratic quadrangular elements with nine nodes for each element.
