اقيمت الكنائس على جانبي مدينة بغداد الغربي(الكرخ) والشرقي(الرصافة)، أما الأديرة فقد انشئت في موضع مدينة بغداد قبل بنائها وبعد البناء حافظ البعض منها على مكانته وانشئ البعض الآخر، في جانبيها الغربي(الكرخ) والشرقي(الرصافة)، وهو ما سنركز عليه في بحثنا عن كنائس وأديرة بغداد لمختلف الطوائف المسيحية فيها، فضلاً عن تسليط الضوء على دورها الإجتماعي والإقتصادي والثقافي، وإن كان محدوداً جداً وقاصراً على الأديرة أكثر

This study discussed modern variable in the organizational thought that is the high performance organizations in the two of Iraqi public organizations. The aim of study determines to know the level of the performance in this organizations (high or not). The data was Collected by questionnaire which contain (8) characteristics, the organizational design, strategy, process, technology, leadership, the roles, culture, and external environment). These cytokines are variable according to different conditions such as pathogenic infections which strongly stimulated the immune response.
