This research is an attempt to achieve the following objectives: 1. identifying the nature of the non-verbal communication skills practiced by educational counselors in individual guidance. 2. Identifying the significant differences between non-verbal communication skills exercised by educational counselors from their point of view in regard to their gender (male-female). The researcher used a questionnaire as a tool prepared based on exploratory questions of educational counselors and literature. It has consisted of (26) items over four domains applied to a sample of (50) educational counselors (male and female) who have been chosen randomly from schools located in Baghdad Education Directorate Rusafa / 2. It was treated statistically using the statistical program (SPSS). The results of the current research showed that the nature of the non-verbal communication skills practiced by educational counselors in individual guidance from their point of view was moderate. There are no statistically significant differences at the Level of indication (0, 05) in the nature of non-verbal communication skills between males and females.

The partial level density PLD of pre-equilibrium reactions that are described by Ericson’s formula has been studied using different formulae of single particle level density . The parameter was used from the equidistant spacing model (ESM) model and the non- equidistant spacing model (non-ESM) and another formula of are derived from the relation between and level density parameter . The formulae used to derive are the Roher formula, Egidy formula, Yukawa formula, and Thomas –Fermi formula. The partial level density results that depend on from the Thomas-Fermi formula show a good agreement with the experimental data.
: The terrestrial snail Eobania vermiculata (O. F. Müller, 1774) were collected from three station in Baghdad Al- Karkh, Iraq between the period from June 2016 to July 2017. Then we studied the life cycle from the egg to maturity. We studied and photographed the external morphology of it’s shell to identified the species. Our description of the wxperience of any poet depends on the nature the anture of his writing or his style in terms of factors affecting his experience . We have found that al- Maghout is characterized by important poetis properties that characterized all of his poetry such as the ease in compositions that are formed the vocabulary of daily life . This is what constitutes his poetic lexicon that depends on the vocabulary of space , time , and anture . Hispoetry derives its aesthetics from revealing that strains in the text for the sake of surprise and amazement with a simple realism.
