Many behavioral researchers pointed out the importance of relaxation techniques in the treatment of different psychological disorders where find  the importance of these techniques in reducing anxiety and stress and the resulted of behaviors and habits, with the development of these techniques are being used to gain public health, whether mental health or physical or mentality, and one of these techniques is music therapy that reduces tension and anxiety and operates a state of relaxation, which is used in the treatment of  patients of dental clinic.

 Aleksandr Isayevich Solzhenitsyn was born in 1918 in Kislovodsk. His father was educated, and despite his peasantry origin, he got a university degree. Unfortunately, however, Solzhenitsyn could not recognize his father, for he died before his birth.

Solzhenitsyn was accused of being an opponent to the Soviet Union due to his activities of that time. He was exiled to a forced labour camp for eight years, on the surroundings of Moscow. This study measured and analyzed job satisfaction among faculty members at the university of Irbid College in relation to gender social status, years of experience, academic rank , qualification, the population consisted of 110 full-time Jordanian factually members.
