The study sought to identify the attitudes of PhD students towards establishing the field of educational administration. The study followed the descriptive survey method. The questionnaire was used to collect information from the study community consisting of (95) male and female students in the department of educational administration and Planning. Among the most important results about students ’attitudes towards establishing the educational administration field are the following: 1) identifying the necessity of establishing the educational administration field. 2) Encouraging students to attend seminars and scientific conferences in Islamic rooting. 3) there are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of doctoral students towards establishing educational administration according to the gender variable and the university graduated from with a master’s degree. Finally, the study recommends that the department of the scientific department should reconsider the methodology of the department of educational administration as a scientific major, as well as, the used references in teaching.
History matching is a significant stage in reservoir modeling for evaluating past reservoir performance and predicting future behavior. This paper is primarily focused on the calibration of the dynamic reservoir model for the Meshrif formation, which is the main reservoir in the Garraf oilfield. A full-field reservoir model with 110 producing wells is constructed using a comprehensive dataset that includes geological, pressure-volume-temperature (PVT), and rock property information. The Turonian-Lower Companian succession at Majnoon Oil Field is represented by the Khasib, Tanuma, and Saadi formations. The current research aimed to identify psychological stability and its relationship to university integration and spiritual intelligence among university students. The research sample consisted of (158) students from the College of Education - Al-Mustansiriya University.
A scale was applied: psychological stability, university integration, and spiritual intelligence, and by using the (Pearson) correlation coefficient, and the t-test, the results showed: the sample members enjoy psychological stability, university integration, and spiritual intelligence, and there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the research variables, and the results resulted in some recommendations and proposals.
