The study aimed to identify the awareness level of hidden curriculum among field education students, College of Education, Hail University. To identify the different awareness level of hidden curriculum among field education students depending on specialization variable, and grade variable in curriculum and instruction course, a descriptive survey method was used. The study sample consisted of (182) students: 78 students in Islamic Culture major, 46 primary major and 58 in physical education. To achieve the study objectives, a hidden curriculum awareness scale was designed included (36) items. The study results showed: the awareness level of hidden curriculum among students of field education, Education College, Hail University, achieved a medium degree. There is a difference in awareness level of hidden curriculum for field education students due to the primary specialization; Lack of difference in the awareness level of hidden curriculum due to the grade variable in curriculum and instruction course. The recommended to hold a general meeting in the College of Education before distributing field education students to the schools, to introduce hidden curriculum and its positive applications that can be used, and the negative points that can be avoided during field education.

The present research aims at identifying the effect of the cognitive discrepancy strategy on the fourth-stage students’ achievement in literature and texts. This study aims to identify the empathy of University Students, as well as the significant differences in sympathy in terms of gender and specialization. To achieve the aims of the study, a scale of empathy was administered to a sample of (450) students collected randomly from Baghdad university. The results showed that the study sample has a level of empathy. There is a significant difference between males and females in empathy, in favor of the female students. There is no significant difference in empathy in terms of specialization (scientific, humanities), and the interaction between males and females. The study came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
Current research targeted: Recognizing the impact of the differentiated education strategy on the achievement of the students of the Institute of Fine Arts / Diyala, for the academic year (2018-2019).
The researcher used the experimental approach designed by two groups (control - experimental) and with a post-test to achieve the goal of the research, and the research sample was chosen from students of the fourth stage for the academic year (2018-2019).
The sample was distributed randomly into two groups, the first experimental consisting of (30) students who studied using the differentiated education strategy, and the second control group consisting of (30) students who studied using the traditional method.
