...Show More Authors

The present research was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of a training program to improve some aspects of sensory integration disorder and its effect on self-direction among a sample of children with intellectual disabilities. The study sample consists of (10 subjects as an experimental group) were exposed to the training program، and the control group consists of (10 subjects as a control group) were not exposed to the training program. The study included the following tools: A scale of self-direction for intellectual disability (prepared by the researcher). Training program (prepared by the researcher). The Results of the study showed the following: There are no statistically significant differences between the means ranks of the experimental group and the means ranks of the control group (pre the training program) on the sensory integration Scale. There are statistically significant differences between the means ranks of the experimental group and the means ranks of the control group (after the training program) on the sensory integration scale in favor of the experimental group. There are statistically significant differences between the means ranks of the experimental group in the pre-test and the means ranks of the same group in the post-test on the sensory integration scale in favor of the post-test. There are no statistically significant differences between the means ranks of the experimental group in the post-test and the means ranks of the same group in the follow up-test on sensory integration scale. There are no statistically significant differences between the means ranks of the experimental group and the means ranks of the control group (pre the training program) on the self-direction scale. There are statistically significant differences between the means ranks of the experimental group and the means ranks of the control group (after the training program) on the self-direction scale in favor of the experimental group. There are statistically significant differences between the means ranks of the experimental group in the pre-test and the means ranks of the same group in the post-test on the self-direction scale in favor of the post-test. There are no statistically significant differences among the means ranks of the experimental group in the post-test and the means ranks of the same group in the follow up-test on the self-direction scale.

The research aims to shed light on the importance of Natural gas as a National wealth is not being used optimally to be a financial resource is important to Iraq in addition to Oil, as well as could be used as an important Source of Energy, instead of burning gas is a waste of wealth and Contribute to the contamination of the environment. Research Reviews the importance of Natural gas, where is currently about a quarter of global energy consumption. Then deals with the reality of the gas industry in Iraq and winning because of the volume of waste incineration, which reached a rate (45%) of the gas Associated with oil, where Iraq is fourth globally in Terms of the amount of gas Burned. Finally, this paper discusses the future of n

This paper presents two main parts: The first part involves manufacturing the specimens form composite material for mechanical testing (tensile, flexural and fatigue tests), then design a custom foot orthesis (CFO) and manufacturing from composite lamination (3nylglass 2carbon fiber 3nylglass) for patient suffer from flexible flat foot since birth and over-pronation. The second part of this research involves a design a model of custom foot orthesis in (solid work 2018) and then analysis of custom foot orthosis in engineering analysis program (ANSYS V.18.2).The applied pressure in boundary condition adopted from Force Sensor Resistance (FSR 402 ) in various regions in foot after wearing composite CFO. Used a composite materials in engineerin

Public Policy Education in Iraq / Reality Challenges and Proposed

The policy issue in all countries of the world is concerned with government and research because it has the ability to reveal many of the problems facing the state and its organizational and scientific capabilities in the development of solutions and appropriate treatments that go beyond random and improvisational reactions, As a result of this interest, many studies have attempted to conceptualize and academicism it. The concept of public policy has been linked to various aspects of social life such as social, economic, educational, agricultural or other aspects. Public policy, regardless of its meaning or its relation to aspects of life, refers to the systematic thinking that directs the behavior and actions of the state, organization

A particulate composite material was prepared by adding the Titanium dioxide (TiO2) with a particle size of (75-150) µm to Epoxy resin at weight percentage of (10%,20%,30%,40%,50%).The following some mechanical properties were studied, fracture toughness, hardness.casting preparation methods were used in this study includes preparing plate of matrix and composites. specimens were prepared according to ASTM for the Mechanical properties tests. After that Another samples were heat treated for three and six hour at 65C?. Fracture toughness (Kic) represent for stress intensity factor results were showed that the curve of three hours aging increases in fracture toughness (Kic) for composites but for six hours aging increases fracture tough

Sleep Disorders Following Mild and Moderate Traumatic Brain Injury
...Show More Authors

(1) Background: Sleeping disorders are frequently reported following traumatic brain injury (TBI). Different forms of sleeping disorders have been reported, such as sleepiness, insomnia, changes in sleeping latency, and others. (2) Methods: A case-control study with 62 patients who were victims of mild or moderate TBI with previous admissions to Iraqi tertiary neurosurgical centers were enrolled as the first group, and 158 patients with no history of trauma were considered as the control. All were 18 years of age or older, and the severity of the trauma and sleep disorders was assessed. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index was used to assess sleep disorders with average need for sleep per day and average sleep latency were assessed in

Text encryption through bio-inspired DNA and RNA sequencing

Cryptography is the technology of protecting information and communication by means of encoding the sending information. Existing methods often operate within predetermined mathematical structures which can be subject to pattern recognition and which are lack biological randomness. To address these challenges, this paper introduced a new bio-inspired cryptography approach to protect text messages using the coding mechanisms of DNA and RNA materials. The encryption system consists of six steps: encoding the plaintext message into DNA sequences, transcribing DNA into RNA, applying the complementary base pairing, scrambling RNA segments, optional reverse transcription, and encoding the resulting DNA-RNA characters into ciphertext. Many cases of gravitational bullets are reported in developed and non-developed countries. However, few papers highlighted these cases in the literature. In our study, we present two cases of gravitational bullets that have an unusual coincidence in the injury characteristics through their ages, and gender, the site of the inlet.

Mechanical angle foot during jumping and correct landing method
...Show More Authors

This article investigates the relationship between foot angle and jump stability, focusing on minimizing injury risk. Here are the key points: Importance: Understanding foot angle is crucial for improving jump stability, athletic performance, and reducing jump-related injuries like ankle sprains. Ideal Foot Angle: Research suggests a forward foot angle of around 15 degrees might be ideal for many people during jumps. This angle distributes forces evenly across the foot, lowers the center of gravity, and provides more surface area for pushing off the ground. Factors Affecting Ideal Angle: The optimal angle can vary depending on the type of jump (vertical vs. long jump), fitness level, and personal preference. Incorrect Foot Angles: Landing w
