The study aimed to identify the role of public relations management in its dimensions (mental image, media, advertising, and the public) on green human resource management practices in Jordanian private hospitals in Amman, and this study relied on the quantitative approach (descriptive and analytical) to test hypotheses. The study aims to identify the symptoms of PTSD among displaced Yazidi women according to age, marital status, educational level, and type of status (displaced or survivor). The study also seeks to identify the effect of the relaxation program on reducing PTSD among displaced Yazidi women. The research sample included (60) Yazidis for the statistical analysis sample and (5) for the experimental sample in the Dohuk governorate.  This study tested the impact of region and gender on adolescents 'stress perceptions and coping styles. A total sample of 650 adolescents (5 9.4% female) from 2 countries (Iraq - Algeria). Samples of n = 325 were drawn from each country completed questionnaires on stress and coping behaviors in four domains (school, parents, peer, and future). Results revealed that levels of perceived stressfulness of issues in different domains were universally similar among adolescents from the two countries.
