The Political loyalties of the individual considered as the most important democracies through direct psychological identification in a particular party. The political parties regarded as the important elements and the foundations of the democratic system. They have effective interaction between the voters and the government institutions. The aim of the current research is to identify the quality of Islamic, the Civilian parties, and the most preferred for students. also, the research attempt to identify the level of identification party that the university students have, and the difference of identification party according to the gender (male, female), the difference of of social class (upper, middle, poor). The sample of the research included (587) male and female students from Al-Mustanisiriya University. The researchers have designed a scale to measure the identification party. The conclusion of the research is that the students of the university prefer the Civilian parties to the Islamic parties, the sample of the research of the identification party is low،, there is no difference in identification party between male and female, but the difference in identification party is according to the level of the social class. The researchers provide many recommendations according to the result, in addition, provide many examples relate to the study of topic of the research.
The current research aims to develop the skills of the kindergarten students in designing and implementing a theater for gauntlets made of cardboard materials. To study this, the researcher determined to build teaching plans for design and implementation skills according to (Kolb model).
The results of this research showed the effectiveness of teaching plans according to (Kolb's model) in developing skills of design and implementation (theater for gauntlets made of cardboard materials) for the students of the Kindergarten Department - the experimental group. Which had a positive effect to reach the desired results in the design and implementation of the gauntlet theater and dealing with cardboard materials

The current research aims to identify the level of organizational relaxation among the employees of educational directorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was used, as well as a questionnaire of two parts to collect data. The questionnaire consists of (15) items divided into three themes about the relaxing level. Thirty nine (12.8%) isolates of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from 304 healthy human (Nasal swabs). It was found that percentage of males that have S. aureus is more than female's percentage. These isolates (39) were tested with different tests. Twenty seven isolates (69.23 %) were positive for Staphylococcus protein —A (SPA) ,thirty seven ( 94.8 %) were positive for tube coagulase , thirty five ( 89.7 % ) were positive with clumping factor and thirty two ( 82.05 %) had 13 — hemolytic on blood agar. It was found that 100% of the isolates (39 isolates) were positive with one, two or three tests (tube coagulase, clumping factor and SPA).
