The present study aims to identify the extent to which biology book of sixth grade achieves the basic scientific aspects in light of its scientific objectives. To achieve this goal, the researcher needed to build two questionnaires to evaluate the biology book for sixth-grade. To answer the questions of the study, the researcher used the following statistical methods : the weighted average, and percentages; and to identify the extent to match the perspective of teachers of the material with the perspective of a researcher in each paragraph of the questionnaire as well as the degree of severity of each paragraph in the book neighborhoods sixth-grade has reached Aalbagesh to several of the most important results: 1. All the teachers were with the perspective of a researcher at the non-use of similar symbols in solving genetic exercises that confuse, for example, students of color blindness gene prevalent disease XC and gene recessive . 2. This research aims to assess the practice of physical activities by people with intellectual disabilities and its challenges during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic from their families' point of view. The research sample consisted of (87) individuals from families with intellectual disabilities in the Makkah region. The current study aimed to measure the attitudes of female teachers towards the use of digital learning and the degree of possessing their digital education skills. The study sample consisted of (180) workers with disabilities (mental disability، auditory impairment، visual disability، hyperactivity and distraction. To achieve the goals of the study, the transformation measure was used towards digital education for people with disabilities. The study reached the following results: the availability of digital learning skills among workers with disabilities. The study concluded with a series of recommendations including holding Training courses to keep up with the challenges of educational trends and modern technology in this area.

Show MoreIn this study, from a total of 856 mastitis cases in lactating ewes, only 34 Streptococcus agalactiae isolates showed various types of resistance to three types of antibiotics (Penicillin, Erythromycin and Tetracycline). St. agalactiae isolates were identified according to the standard methods, including a new suggested technique called specific Chromogenic agar. It was found that antibiotic bacterial resistance was clearly identified by using MIC-microplate assay (dilution method).
