The research aims to know the question asking skills in terms of levels, conditions, classification, and types. The research limited to the literature that dealt with the importance of questioning for students and teachers. The most important term used in the research is the skill (Ryan defined it as "the ability to perform with great efficiency, accuracy, and ease). The results of the research are as follows: 1. the questions asked by the schoolteacher within the assessment of students' learning. 2. Teachers should focus on the lower levels of learning (remembering, understanding and comprehension) and then evaluating students at the higher levels (synthesis and evaluation). 3. Teacher with good knowledge can skillfully use the questioning inside the class. The main research recommendations are: 1. Encouraging students to ask questions through procedural patterns that help them. 2. Motivating teachers to employ all types of the question-asking skills. The most important suggestion is to conduct a questionnaire to measure the question-asking skills among teacher who teaching social subjects.

This study aimed to determine the optimal conditions for extracting basil seed gum in addition to determine the chemical components of basil seeds. Additionally, the study aimed to investigate the effect of the mixing ratio of gum to ethanol when deposited on the basis of the gum yield which was1:1, 1:2, 1:3 (v/v) respectively. The best mixing ratio was one size of gum to two sizes of ethanol, which recorded the highest yield. A proposed feature extraction algorithm for handwriting Arabic words. The proposed method uses a 4 levels discrete wavelet transform (DWT) on binary image. sliding window on wavelet space and computes the stander derivation for each window. The extracted features were classified with multiple Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifiers. The proposed method simulated with a proposed data set from different writers. The experimental results of the simulation show 94.44% recognition rate.

Objective(s): The present study aims at studying the relationship between immunoglobulin IgG, IgA,
IgM , as well as to C-3 and C-4 in brain tumours patients immunity (meningioms and gliomas).
Methodology: Forty sera of brain tumour patients were included 20 glioma and 20 meningioma was
tested to determine the levels of IgM, IgG IgA, C-3 and C-4 by using single radial immune-diffusion
technique and compared with 20 apparently healthy blood donors.
Results: The study revealed a significant decreasing in IgG levels in glioma as compare to meningioma
and control. The concentration of two other serum immunoglobulins and complement in both
meningioma and glioma show no significant differences with those in control group.
