The goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between optimism and life orientation for a subject of female students in the collage of education for women including the first and fourth stage students ,the sample contained (319) students ,(153)of them were a first stagers ,(166) of them were at the fourth stage.

The scale of optimism was built according to a questionnaire pointed to a sample of the students, adding to that reviewing a number of previous scales & studies which was about the same topic.

The study aims to investigate the effect of the Six Thinking Hats Strategy on the achievement of essay writing skills among third-year students in Arabic Language and Literature who are Persian speakers enrolled in the course of Essay Writing (III) at Shiraz University for the academic year 2019-2020. A quantitative, descriptive survey design was used and a convenience sample of 79 teachers of students with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) participated in the current study. The current research aims to identify the occupational stresses of doctors who are working in governmental hospitals according to the variables of gender and career ranking. The researcher adopted a scale to measure the occupational stress of (1088) doctors (561 males and 527 females) working in governmental hospitals. The results have shown that doctors have a high level of professional stress, but there is no significant difference between doctors in terms of gender. However, there were significant differences in favor of novice residents.
