Abstract

      The current research aims to find out the role of administrative leadership in the implementation of public policies and their effectiveness and their ability to do so, As well as analysis and testing of influence and correlations between research variables, The researcher has the descriptive and analytical approach, And several tools used to gather information consisted of personal interviews and field visits, While distributed questionnaire tool that consists of (35) items on a sample consisting of (147) individuals formed of staff of the Baghdad Provincial Council.

The study showed a significant rise in the proportion of the labor force in agriculture
activity among the detailed economic activities in 1997 with a rate (%28.9), and then
decreased to (%18.8) in 2011, and this belong to the deterioration of agriculture and the

The Early-Middle Miocene succession in Iraq is represented by the Serikagni, Euphrates and Dhiban formations, which deposited during the Early Miocene. The Jeribe and Fatha successions were deposited during Middle Miocene age. This study includes microfacies analysis, depositional environments, sequence stratigraphy and basin development of Early – middle Miocene in Hamrin and Ajeel oil fields and Mansuriyha Gas Field. This paper evaluates the appropriateness of ‘Power Up 5’ in Sterling schools in Iraq from the aspects of Design & Layout, Subject & Content, Activities and skills from the teachers’ perspectives. The study followed the quantitative approach where a questionnaire was adopted from a previous study which was made regarding the same objectives and research questions. Adapted from Litz (2005). The data were gathered by distributing the questionnaire to 55 English teachers in Sterling schools in Iraq through a 5 Likert scale questionnaire. The results of the analysis are generally in favour of the textbook regarding research questions and the appropriateness to Iraqi students in grade 5.
