The present work included new information about pollen of eighteen Spp. of Stachys  L. in Iraq ;showed their importance in diagnostsis.

Pollen shapes in equatorial view were ellipsoid in most spp .and spherical - subspherical ,  spherical - subprolate and  subprolate -

ellipsoid in others; while they were spherical - subspherical in polar

view . Pollen was tricolpate except St.iberica  M.B.georgica Rech.f. &

Ten. Which has tetracolpate and that was new for the genus.

The smallest pollen were seen in St.kotschyi  Boiss. & Hohen. but the biggest were in St.benthamiana Boiss.

An experimental and theoretical investigation of three phase direct contact heat transfer by evaporation of refrigerant drops in an immiscible liquid has been carried out. Refrigerant Rl2 and R134a were used for the dispersed phase, while water and brine were the immiscible continuous phase. A numerical analysis is presented to predict the temperature distribution throughout the circular test column radially and axially is achieved. Apply orthodontic forces to correct teeth anomaly via alveolar bone remodeling includes a combination of cellular and molecular events in the gum. Orthodontic tooth movement is based on force induced periodontal ligament and alveolar bone remodeling. Mechanical motivation on a tooth causes an inflamed response in the gum tissue. Inflammatory immune markers stimulate the biological processes associated with alveolar bone resorption.
