Tonsillitis is an infection or inflammation of the tonsils. Tonsillitis classified as acute, chronic (recurrent) and complication. Most often it is caused by a virus, but it may also be caused by the same bacteria that cause strep throat. According to numbers that data shows, the virus is more common, about 77.49% than bacterial which about 71.45% then fungal about 9.6%. The principal symptom of tonsillitis is a sore throat fever, swollen lymph nodes, nasal congestion, difficulty in swallowing and headache may also occur, according to if  symptoms of tonsillitis are known or not, data show that they know about (119 of people) (79.3) this result is greater than unknown which was about 31 (20.7).

This research was designed to study the effect of water and alcoholic crude extracts of Calvatia craniiformis in vitro and in vivo On the other hand this study tested the toxic effect of both extracts in normal laboratory mice. The results showed that water and alcoholic extracts relatively have an acute toxic effect in mice in respect to LD50 (85 mg/kg, and 177mg/kg respectively). Some feline intestinal parasites such as Toxocara, Giardia, and Cryptosporidium can spread to humans through feces. Therefore, it is important to prevent exposure of family members by screening cat fecal samples twice per year for potential treatment regimes. This study was initiated to compare and identify gastrointestinal parasites of domestic and stray cats (Felis domesticus) in Baghdad City, Iraq. Parasite eggs and oocysts were identified under light microscopy by applying standard laboratory techniques (flotation and sedimentation). In this study was undertaken frish fish such as Bigeye Ilisha megaloptera, Nematalos nasus, Suboor Hilsha ilisha and Carp Cyprinus carpio. they were purchased from local marketes in Basrah, Oil was extracted by a solvent extraction method on low temperature. And the level of oil obtiened about (6.08; 10.72; 13.52 and 5.61)% for Bigeye, Jaffout, Suboor and Carp. the Crud oils were compared with vegetable oil (olive oil) and animal fat (tial fat mutton).
The extracted oil from fresh complete fishs with compared oils intraed on pharmacological system through packed in capsul with and with out garlic`s extract. this system analysis with chemical tests.
