The current study aims to identify the organizational values of kindergarten teachers as well as to identify the difference in the organizational values of kindergarten teachers in term of years of service, to do this; the researcher designed a scale to measure the organizational values. The scale was applied on a sample of (400) kindergarten teachers. The resesults revealed that kindergarten teachers have a high level of organizational values within the classroom. The result of the second objective showed significant differences among the organizational values (political, aesthetic and religious) in term of years of service. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in the other values. Based on these results, the researcher came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions that can be used by the educational and community institutions.
The current study is aimed to identify personality types of the lecturers of Baghdad University as well as identify the prevailing types among the lecturers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the significant difference among personality types (The Enneagram) according to the variables of academic title and scientific major . One hundred and ninety four lecturers were involved in this study. Some children are suffering from introversion in kindergartens , so it must be confront and obviated by specialists because it will inevitably lead to unsatisfactory results reflect negatively on the individual and the community together . And the introvert child is a miserable child incapable of social interaction or give - and - take with colleagues , lack of integration of the child to life leads to the obstruction of participation with his peers in various activities.
