The Organizational Values of Kindergarten Teachers

The current study aims to identify the organizational values ​​of kindergarten teachers as well as to identify the difference in the organizational values ​​of kindergarten teachers in term of years of service, to do this; the researcher designed a scale to measure the organizational values. The scale was applied on a sample of (400) kindergarten teachers. The resesults revealed that kindergarten teachers have a high level of organizational values ​​within the classroom. The result of the second objective showed significant differences among the organizational values ​​(political, aesthetic and religious) in term of years of service. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in the other values. Based on these results, the researcher came out with a number of recommendations and suggestions that can be used by the educational and community institutions.

Teaching techniques due to the Brain-based learning theory among math teachers

The purpose of the study is to identify the teaching techniques that mathematics' teachers use due to the Brain-based learning theory. The sample is composed of (90) teacher: (50) male, (40) female. The results have shown no significant differences between male and female responses' mean. Additionally, through the observation of author, he found a lack of using Brain-based learning techniques. Thus, the researcher recommend that it is necessary to involve teachers in remedial courses to enhance their ability to create a classroom that raise up brain-based learning skills.
