Abstract

The space occupied by the dialogic imperative in the language is a very wide range, as it is present in most of the speeches received by the recipient, and this is not limited to dialogues. That the literary discourse is a dialogical and fulfillment imperative, as the implication is related to the implicit connotations, as if the implication covers the indirect actions of the speech act theory.

The research falls in to three sections: the first section has two parts; the first one includes a general description of the research: its   problem, aim, limitations, methodology, and the terminological definition. The second part presents historical background of the weekly school speeches in Iraq and their types. Section Two has two parts: the first is about the principles of writing weekly speeches, their elements, and principals, their conditions. Abstract

The current research aims to identify the level of organizational relaxation among the employees of educational directorates in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive approach was used, as well as a questionnaire of two parts to collect data. The questionnaire consists of (15) items divided into three themes about the relaxing level.
