The Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations represent a great issue for the Arab-Arab relations. This relation is characterized by specificity for the tension since the foundation of the State of Kuwait until late. There are many factors that prevented the fulfillment of the aspiration towards the development of the relations, perhaps the most important of which is the issue of Mubarak Great Port which is a difficult issue as far as the relation between the two states is concerned. In this study ,the Aspergillus fumigatus histopathological activity on the mice livers during aspergillosis became more obvious. The total number of 40 male Albino swiss mice were randomly divided into 8 groups (Five mice/group). The 1st group were immunosuppressed , while the 2nd group are not immunosuppressed , and control mice were instilled nasally with Phosphate buffer saline and Tween 20 ( five mice / control).  This paper devoted to the analysis of regular singular boundary value problems for ordinary differential equations with a singularity of the different kind , we propose semi - analytic technique using two point osculatory interpolation to construct polynomial solution, and discussion behavior of the solution in the neighborhood of the regular singular points and its numerical approximation. Many examples are presented to demonstrate the applicability and efficiency of the methods. Finally , we discuss behavior of the solution in the neighborhood of the singularity point which appears to perform satisfactorily for singular problems.
