The aim of the study is to investigate the extent to which the teachers of Islamic education and their teachers taught the technological innovations in the universities and to test the significance of the differences between the averages of the degree of practice according to the variables: gender, experience, scientific qualification, and educational stage. Factors such as speed feed, depth of cut and tool noise radius affect on surface roughness and cutting forces in turning operation. The artificial neural network model was used to predict cutting forces with related to inputs including cutting speed (m/min), feed rate (mm/rev), depth of cut (mm) and work piece hardness (Map).
