The research seeks to identify the correlation relationship between strategic intelligence and fifth preparatory students’ achievement in mathematics. That creates peculiarities and changes within the urban local climate and an increase in the impact of urban heat islands (UHI) with wastage of energy. The research question is less information dealing with the renovation of existing urban roofs using color as a strategy to mitigate the impact of UHI.
