Architectural void is a revolution in the formation of the facades of digital architecture
...Show More Authors

Architecture has evolved through the ages as forms, relationships, materials and mechanisms according to the data of each era and up to the era of digital technology, where the change in proportions and aesthetic dimensions of contemporary architectural formation due to the capabilities of digitization has created innovative plastic properties using the void formation in the facades and the introduction of void as a formative and aesthetic element, which led to The emergence of new creative concepts and ideas that contradict traditional ideas and are consistent with the spirit of the times, led to a revolution in the world of architectural form at the level of (architectural ideas and the generation of shapes, materials and construction systems used), as a result of which new and innovative rules emerged to find the architectural form at the level of design and implementation to achieve the goals of the shape Creativity, such as regeneration and exclusivity, through discovering the formalities inherent in both mass and void, in pursuit of change and formal renewal and the appropriate effect on the recipient’s emotion. Digital Vacuum Modulation Rules).

The aim of the research was to uncover the effect of the use of architectural void as a formative element in the interfaces of contemporary digital architecture on the rules of digital void formation and to reveal the

vocabulary (factors affecting the formation of void, the characteristics of digital void creation, the rules of digital void formation), and its application to contemporary global, Arab and local architectural models on a qualitative scale aimed at knowing the effect of vocabulary on the selected samples and the percentage of their effectiveness in the properties of digital creation And to verify the main research hypothesis, which stipulated the possibility of generating a digital spatial model with contemporary characteristics by adopting integration in all elements and standards of digital design and implementation, as it is not possible to design and create digital spaces spatially using traditional methods, and vice versa, that is, it is not possible to implement digital spatial creation which is designed in ways Traditional obstetrics, and the conclusions showed that additional rules for architectural formation other than production emerged J appeared in the era of the industrial revolution that led to the breaking of traditional rules such as proportions, stereotypes and functionalities and the liberation of architectural formation from the rule of simple forms, standardization at the expense of multiplicity and diversity in formation will not be an imperative, and the emergence of new rules of formation called (digital formation rules).

Insurance of Unlawful Risks: Towards a Reinterpretation of Public Policy in Light of the Protection of Innocent Victims and Freedom of Contract
...Show More Authors

The issue of insurance against unlawful risks raises a jurisprudential and judicial debate between two opposing trends: the first considers coverage of these risks invalid due to their impact on public order or morals, while the second—which this research analyses—calls for the possibility of covering these risks in specific circumstances, based on contractual considerations in accordance with the principle that the contract is the law of the contracting parties, and based on the obligation to compensate the harmed third party—the victim—who has no connection to the unlawful act. In this context, our research highlights that contractual considerations can justify coverage of some unlawful risks, provided that the goal is to achieve

The present research tackles a number of historical facts and incidents with a purely legal dimension in an important stage in the contemporary history of Iraq, especially the era of the British occupation. This resulted in innumerable social, political and legal problems, particularily the judicial legislation problems in Iraq. These legislations included a set of civil laws and in force governmental procedures that will be discussed historically by examining documents issued by the Ministries of Justice and Interior Affairs in the governments of monarchy for the period from 1921-to-1958. The data of the present paper relied on the Iraqi Library and Archives, (hence DKW). The study adopted the narrative historical methodology when inves

MMP-1 and MMP-7 Expression is Influenced by Ginsenosides in Mice Exposed to Aflatoxin B1: in vivo Study
...Show More Authors

Panax ginseng (PG), one of the most widely used herbal medicines, has demonstrated various beneficial effects such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anticancer impacts. Naturally occurring ginsenosides in the ginseng plant inhibit cell proliferation and significantly reduce liver damage induced by certain chemicals. Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is a primary mycotoxin due to its hepatotoxic, immunotoxic, and oncogenic effects in animal models and humans. In this study, we examined the effects of assorted doses of PG aqueous crude extract on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 1 and 7 (MMP-1 and MMP-7) in the kidney, spleen, and liver of experimental AFB1-exposed mice, using immunohistochemistry (IHC). Mice were orally administered

The selective information broadcasting service is one of the important services in libraries and information centers, as it is the link between the source and the beneficiary and between related sources, as it links similar sources through keywords and then sends them to beneficiaries, which contributes to reducing the time and effort spent by beneficiaries in obtaining sources or information. Therefore, the application of this service is an important matter and gives a positive indicator in the progress of the library towards the integration of its services. From this standpoint, this research came to answer some questions, including: 1. What are the outlets for beneficiaries (the research community) in obtaining information sources? 2. Wh

Pharmacokinetic Consideration to Formulate Sustained Release Drugs: Understanding the Controlled Drug Diffusion through the Body Compartment of the Systemic Circulation and Tissue Medium-A Caputo Model
...Show More Authors

The aim of this study is to provide an overview of various models to study drug diffusion for a sustained period into and within the human body. Emphasized the mathematical compartment models using fractional derivative (Caputo model) approach to investigate the change in sustained drug concentration in different compartments of the human body system through the oral route or the intravenous route. Law of mass action, first-order kinetics, and Fick's perfusion principle were used to develop mathematical compartment models representing sustained drug diffusion throughout the human body. To adequately predict the sustained drug diffusion into various compartments of the human body, consider fractional derivative (Caputo model) to investiga
