Villages in most rural areas of the developing world, including Iraq, suffer from a deterioration in the urban structure in its various aspects, both in the lack of internal planning in terms of residential unit design which is not commensurate with the sustainable health life, in addition to the lack of infrastructure and community services networks As well as road networks linking them to neighboring urban centers, which was accompanied by the emergence of other problems, including the desire of the population to migrate to neighboring cities and the deterioration of economic activities due to lack of activation of economic development plans (Rural villages suffer from a lack of interest in urban development within the regional spatial area and hence the difficulty of achieving sustainable rural development). Assuming that through Amran rural villages, rural villages can be overcome by establishing unplanned or systematic villages. Which are spread within a specific spatial area and according to the proposals of sustainable urban development in a way that contributes to the development of the countryside and the preservation of its various development potentials (natural and human), thus achieving the goal of achieving sustainable rural development. Mainly urged to review the concepts of the study and analyze the importance of the urban development of the villages spread within the countryside of Al-Hira province as a necessity to protect the agricultural lands. Preserve the human potentials within the rural areas and propose a future developmental vision for upgrading the urban structure of the villages through the reconstruction and rehabilitation of planned and sustainable villages As solutions for sustainable urban and rural development within the study area (rural area of Al-Hira).

This study aimed at revealing the degree of availability of standards of word problems in mathematics books for the first three grades of the basic stage in Palestine. For this purpose, the researcher prepared an analysis tool and a list of criteria consisting of two areas: linguistic formulation and mathematical content. Every area had seven items. An environmental study conducted on diatoms in Al Yusifiya river beyond its branching from Euphrates river. Four sites were selected along the river for the period from march 2013 to September 2013. The present study involved the measurement of physicochemical parameters, also the qualitative and quantities of diatoms. The studied parameters values ranged as follows: 19-44Cº and 16-30 Cº for air and water temperature respectively, 6.9-8.7, 595-1248 µS/cm, 6.4-8.0 mg/l for pH, electric conductivity and dissolved oxygen respectively.
