As known, all urban areas are submitted to supervision of independent administration and agencies taken the responsibility of full-filling the service function and protecting the environment with limited investment allocated , controlled by several laws and arrangements, that are contradictory to each other , the result , deteriorate the level of provided services in urban areas and different environmental problems apper , In addition to waste of efforts and resources , This required a great interest to urban areas administration . So , this paper gives attention to the basic standards that must take in consideration of urban areas administration , and the constraint that faces the administration agencies in general , to achieve the treatment that improve administration performance efficiency for responsible agency of urban areas , to ensure , optimal employees for available recourses , to each best environmental and living conditions in urban areas
This work deals with the nematode parasitesfrom the midgut of (16) specimens of Green
toad (Bufo viridis) Laurenti, 1768 collected from Baghdad area,central Iraq.
The parasites are:Cosmocercoides variabilis (Cosmocercidae) that considered as the first
report in Iraq on it and Oswaldocruzia filiformis (Molineidae).
Social factors may affect the available sources of toxic substances and causes of poisoning, and these factors may change over time. Additionally, understanding the characteristics of poisoning cases is important for treating such patients. Therefore, the present study investigated the characteristics of poisoning cases in Baghdad Poisoning Consultation Center (PCC) and Forensic Medicine Institute (FMI). Data on all poisoning cases reported in PCC and FMI during 2013 were retrospectively obtained from medical records. This research will cover different aspects of estimating process of construction work in a desert area. The inherent difficulties which accompany the cost estimating of the construction works in desert environment in a developing country, will stem from the limited information available, resources scarcity, low level of skilled workers, the prevailing severe weather conditions and many others, which definitely don't provide a fair, reliable and accurate estimation. This study tries to present unit price to estimate the cost in preliminary phase of a project.
