Concentrations of uranium were measured in this study for twenty soil samples from four areas with different depths (soil surface-20-40-60-80)cm .The study regions include Missan Governorate (Al-Iskan area,Al-Shibbana area ,Hai-Al Moualimin Al Jadied area ,Sector 30 area). The Uranium concentrations in soil samples measured by using fission tracks registration in (CR-39) track detector that caused by the bombardment of (U-283) with thermal neutrons from (241Am-Be) neutron source that has flux neutron thermal of (5 ×103 n cm-2 s-1). The concentrations values were calculated by a comparison with standard samples. The effect of different doses (75,100,150 ppm) and periods of

treatment (3,6,9 days) on the spermatognic cells in white mice was studied. It was found that there was a significant decrease (P<0.05) in the percentage of spermatogonia specially in concentration 1 00 and

150 ppm lasted six and nine days and of primary spermatocytes at period of nine days. A significant decrease (P<0.05) was noticed in the percentages of secondary spermatoytes and spermatids, while the percentage of sperms illustrated a significant increase for all concentrations and treatment periods.

This work induced psoriasis in mice using an imiquimod 5% cream, an immune response modifier that can cause psoriasis-like skin inflammation when given orally. The aim of this research is to explore the time and space distribution of traffic volume demand and investigate its vehicle compositions. The four selected links presented the activity of transportation facilities and different congestion points according to directions.
