Pollution of the aquatic environment and the depletion of the natural resource cause imbalance in the natural balance of the river environment and contributes to the deterioration of life and the killing of living organisms. Most of the old and modern cities and urban centers were set up close to the rivers because water enters the main lifeblood and all its facilities. The proximity of cities to rivers caused environmental problems resulting from the dumping of residues of these cities to a large and continuous, these wastes include all uses of the city (industrial, agricultural, residential and commercial) and others. The accumulation of these wastes inside the rivers water kills life and makes them unsuitable for various uses to bury them, not clean them and not clean them, and their use for any use may cause health and economic problems. Therefore, it is necessary to work hard to protect the rivers from pollution and protect them. Sports laws and formulas, and we are here to address mathematical formulas and their role in the identification and control of river pollution. The base of the ELWE MPF-1 microcomputer is the Z80 microprocessor. The Z80 programs are written in assembly language. The main advantage of assembly language is that: it is much faster to code and the mnemonics makes it easier for the user to remember the instruction. The purpose of this paper is to improve the monitor process for didactic microcomputer ELWE MPF-1 by appending new powerful commands (MOVE, FILL, SEARCH and COMPARE) to the existing monitor to make it more useful and flexible. 8085 assembly language is used to execute this program. The letters used for abbreviation: M for MOVE, F for FILL, S for SEARCH and C for COMPARE.

In this paper the experimentally obtained conditions for the fusion splicing with photonic crystal fibers (PCF) having large mode areas were reported. The physical mechanism of the splice loss and the microhole collapse property of photonic crystal fiber (PCF) were studied. By controlling the arc-power and the arc-time of a conventional electric arc fusion splicer (FSM-60S), the minimum loss of splicing for fusion two conventional single mode fibers (SMF-28) was (0.00dB), which has similar mode field diameter. For splicing PCF (LMA-10) with a conventional single mode fiber (SMF-28), the loss was increased due to the mode field mismatch.

It is found that the critical frequency of this layer is closely related to the sunspots number during the years of the solar cycle 22, at a middle latitude region of the world. The study discussed the effect of sunspot numbers and solar events on the electron densities of F1 layer, which is the most important ionospheric parameter.
