The unbalanced distribution of investments in the economic fields of the 1950s had a negative impact on the overall economic life of the country in that period and subsequent periods. Since the 1960s, the planning agencies have tried to reduce the negative impact of imbalance in regional development and the emergence of disparities in development between the regions of the country and to identify disparities in levels of spatial development. At the planning level, there have been many studies and mathematical and statistical models to analyze variance and clarify its dimensions and to measure the degree of developmental disparity between Regions and means of narrowing this problem and the development of policies and strategies for development plans in this direction and to restructure the economic capacities between the regions to achieve a balance in development according to priorities and stages sequentially down Li balance in the development of the regions of the disease focus on the development of the regions less developed and relatively advanced regions account.
The problem that has accompanied the process of planning since the fifties is the emergence of spatial disparity between the regions. The urban economies (bloc economies) include easy access to production supplies at competitive prices and the availability of municipal and public services such as electricity, water, sewage, housing and roads, on suitable terms and at relatively low prices.
The persistence of industrial concentration in a certain region leads to polarization due to the continued concentration of economic and social activities to a level that tends to lead to the negative aspects of this concentration, especially socialism due to polarization and the resulting economies. Abstract Drug addiction is considered a criminal behavior, which led the Iraqi legislator to prohibit and criminalize it, imposing penalties on those who use or even approach it. This aims to limit its presence in Iraq and reduce unethical behaviors, leveraging the divine prohibition to curb it. The legislator also encourages media organizations to raise awareness about the dangers of this substance, which has contributed to reducing the phenomenon of drugs in Iraq.

Preparation and Identification of some new Pyrazolopyrin derivatives and their Polymerizations study
This study was performed at Nuclear Radiation Hospital in Baghdad for the period from
January 2011 to May 2011. 44 Blood samples were collected from patients suffered lung and
bladder cancer and 24 samples as healthy control individuals.
Routine liver functions tests were studied by measuring S.GPT, S.GOT and Kidney
function was evaluated by estimation of blood urea and creatinine in serum samples of
individuals studied.
It was observed that the incidence of lung and bladder cancer was higher in males than
females patients ( male 81.82 %, 72.73%, female18 .18%, 27.27% respectively).
Insignificant difference was noted among age of lung and bladder cancer patients

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of cortisol, and it is related to BMI in the chronic diseases which may increase early cardiovascular disease (CVD) in old Iraqi. The subjects were 116 adults, aged 51-71 years. Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist Circumferences (WC) and Waist Hip Ratio (WHR) were used as a measure of adiposity. Investigation showed highly significant difference between patients in BMI ranges, most of male were in an obese weight range (48.5%), as well in women. The fission products (resulting from irradiated of uranium samples in nuclear research reactor) were removed from the desired actinides U & Pu .The organic phase TBP/TOA/Kerosene, containing both actinides U&Pu were stripped using 0.1 M HNO3. Trioctylamine (2.5 volume ratio ) in mesitylene , has been used in conditions appropriate for the recovery of Pu . From the experiments done using mixer- settler , the concentration of uranium in the organic phase in such conditions was very low ,not exceeding parts of a million .
