Therefore, we see that the countries, especially the developed ones, have given this aspect a lot of their concerns, but attention to this aspect in Iraq has been and is still below the required level and is reflected in the level of overrun on green areas and indifference to its importance in terms of climatic, aesthetic and environmental ..., by not implementing The plan is the basis for it, but it is overrun. The issue of land uses for urban purposes has faced serious problems in Iraqi cities, especially in Baghdad. Failures have been repeated in implementing the basic plan for the green areas due to ignoring their climatic, environmental, economic and social importance and making decisions that failed to understand the nature of this component. The absence of environmental legislation and the low environmental awareness of these institutions and society in general. Therefore, as planners, we have to recognize the fact that the environment is a moral responsibility that will be borne by all, and that any planning process must take into account the environmental aspects of achieving sustainable development that preserves the right of future generations

Some geometric parameters affecting the performance of a wire-plate electrostatic precipitator (ESP) are investigated theoretically. A numerical model was built to investigate the influence of the discharge wire size, wire separation, collector plates spacing, and roughness factor on the ESP performance. The results show that thinner wires emit higher current than larger ones at the same applied voltage, which would be suitable for low voltage power supply to generate the desired current density at the collecting electrodes. The influence of process speed (PS) and tillage depth (TD) , on growth of corn (Zea mays L) yield, for Maha cultivar, were tested at two ranges of PS of 2.483 and 4.011 km.hr-1, and three ranges of TD of 15,20 and 25cm. In this article it is proved experimentally that the photon is a particle that has mass and constant wavelength by explaining the effect of refractive index on the wavelength and the natural mass of photon. It is very difficult to measure the mass of photon, a simple and easy process was proposed in this paper to calculate the mass length of photon in vacuum (Y) and in medium (Y*), by measuring the length of laser beam in air (Lair) and in medium (Lmed). A new method was postulated to calculate refractive index by using these relations (n = Y*/Y), and (n = Lmed / Lair) which supposed a new theory of light.
The present study investigated the impact of fuel kind on the emitted emissions at the idling period. Three types of available fuels in Iraq were tested. The tests conducted on ordinary gasoline with an octane number of 82, premium gasoline with an octane number of 92, and M20 (consist of 20% methanol and 80% regular gasoline). The 2 liters Mercedes-Benz engine was used in the experiments.
The results showed that engine operation at idle speed emits high levels of CO, CO2, HC, NOx and noise. The produced emission levels depend highly on fuel type.
