No country in the world has an ancient heritage of its own. It represents the product of the civilizations left behind by previous eras. It represents the development of urban life and its capital of the interest of its people in the field of construction and reconstruction. The urban heritage and its associated arts may seem to be a material heritage at first glance, but it is not free from the spiritual side. Therefore, the nations in different parts of the earth cherish it and care for it with all due diligence, because it mixes with its history, memories and emotions.
This research discusses the use of local environment materials in the production of urban fabric constituents. It also reviews a number of concepts that define traditional urban heritage, as well as the experience of Egyptian architect Hassan Fathi in using the local environment materials in his famous experience in Qurna. The most famous international experiences in this field.
The aim of the research is try to answer the questions about the importance of the participation of scientists in the scientific researcher Google Scholar for the professor and the university, and the extent of participation of Iraqi universities, and the rank of the University of Qadisiyah, and the number of participants and teachers of this engine, The research came out with several conclusions, the most important of which is that (21%) of university professors are involved in the google engine and most of the participants did not carry their full research through the site

1- To know the intemperance use of the internet by the University's students.
2- To know the differences with a statistical indication in the intemperance use of the internet after the gender's inconstant ( Males-females).

This current research restricts a sample of the university students for both sexes.

Nowadays, the field of radionuclide treatment is enjoying an exciting stage and preparing for further growth and progress in the future. This study aims to analyze the spectral properties of plasma produced from rice husk(Rh) using the laser breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) method. The plasma generation process used the fundamental harmonic (1064 nm) of a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. Yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) is a man-made crystalline material. The laser fired pulses with a duration of 10 ns and a repetition rate of 6 Hz. Thus, the energy outputs achieved were 50–200 mJ at the wavelength of 1064 (nm). For the first time in Iraq, two species of monogenetic tretamtodes of the genus Dactylogyrus were recorded from gills of Alburnus caeruleus from Tigris river at Al-Zaafaraniya, south of Baghdad during June 1995.
