Abstract

The aim of the research is to clarify the requirements of the qualification of the external auditor in Iraq and the extent of their impact on the quality of the professional performance of the audit process. The research was based on analyzing the results of the questionnaire prepared for the impact of qualifications on the quality of professional performance. The researcher has reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that a highly qualified and unethical auditor has a greater negative impact on the quality of professional performance than those with low qualifications. Knowing the conduct of the common stocks during the different intervals of time (quarterly and yearly) is an important step in choosing and administrating the portfolio of common stocks which be in accordance with the tendency of the investor toward risk and revenues. This is an attempt to understand the behavior of this common stocks in Amman stock Exchange to discover the extent of change in its behavior for employing them by the managers in identifying the accurate and beneficed investments , which meet the ambitions of Arab investor.    

The  purpose of  this study was to investigate the effect of six thinking hats on creative thinking among 10^th grade female students in Tulkarm district. The sample comprises two sections of 10^th grade female students (n=80) in Adawiya secondary School, The two sections were divided into two groups; one as an experimental group which works with six thinking hats, and the second as control group that learns traditionally. Creative thinking exam was used to measure the creative thinking with reliability (0.88).

The results of the study have shown the following:
