Which led to the loss of some historical and architectural features that have characterized these centers. Thus, the associated problem of search by selecting the "ground that led to changes in those centers, which came to meet the requirements of present and future have changed land-use and affect in determining the configurations of urban multiple centers ". The research aims to "statement of the potential of the configuration of urban historic centers of cities and to identify the factors that led to change the architectural character and historical identity and signaling transformation and change, which gets started in the traditional core functions and uses of the land and diagnosis resulting from the change of the composition of visual effects hit and installation of urban. This research aim to present theoretical and philosophical framework regards topic of intellectual capital readiness in Iraqi universities. That is, by using strategic map in balanced score card of Norton and Kaplan (2004). This research discusses theoretical content for three main aspects reflect in its nature elements of intellectual capital readiness in organizations. This includes human capital readiness, information capital readiness and organizational capital readiness. To clear each element, the authors relay on mechanism to determine gape per element of intellectual capital elements.

This research has presented a solution to the problem faced by alloys: the corrosion problem, by reducing corrosion and enhancing protection by using an inhibitor (Schiff base). The inhibitor (Schiff base) was synthesized by reacting of the substrates materials (4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde and 4-aminoantipyrine).
