The current study Focus to examine the university environment with a focus on the idea of complementarily between colleges developed and technical institutes and the investment of available resources, which constitute one of the pillars of the idea of the development of these colleges and their impact in reducing the waste of economic resources, and will be the geographical area elected are complex institutions and technical colleges in Zafaraniya, which includes (Institute of Technology and its relationship with Baghdad College of Technology - Baghdad). This research shows the fragmentation of the university environment and inconsistency at multiple levels of fragmentation events and student activities and devote the idea of separation, isolation and lack of interaction between students within the environment one, plus a lack of investment in human resources varied in that environment and resorting to self-sufficiency, thereby contributing to the lack of direct economic resources properly.

The settlement rate and pore water pressure dissipation rate are mainly controlled by the permeability of soil. Both laboratory and field tests show that the permeability is varied during the loading and consolidation process. It is known that consolidation process is accompanied by decrease in void ratio which leads to decrease in the coefficient of permeability. The importance of the decrease of the coefficient of permeability on the time rate of settlement and pore water pressure needs to be investigated.

Natural fibers and particles reinforced composites are being broadly used due to their bio and specific properties such as low density and easy to machine and production with low cost. In this work, water absorption and mechanical properties such as tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength of recycled jute fibers reinforced epoxy resin were enhanced by treating these fibers with alkaline solution. The recycled jute fibers were treated with different concentration of (NaOH) solution at (25 0C) for a period of (24) hours. The effect of ozone gas with temperatures 35. 40 and 45 Celsius to control on larval and adult stages of Tribolium castaneum was tested and at time of exposure 1.0, 3.0, 7.0, 9.0, 11.0, 13.0 hours and the level of relative humidity prevailing during the test 45 ± 1%.
