After the tremendous development witnessed by the world of communications at the beginning of the third millennium, the activities that are performed through cyberspace have increased, and its importance has therefore increased, and the risks to which this space is exposed have increased, and in view of the global trend towards regulating this space and the practices that take place through it, as well as finding legal and technical ways to secure it. And to secure the services that are provided through it, it was necessary to determine the nature of this space and therefore its security. In order to create an appropriate theoretical framework around it that may be used if the Iraqi legislator goes towards organizing this space and securing it legislatively.
As we know the transportation studies regarded as one of a very
important and difficult studies and one of its difficulties created from the
process of data updating therefore the researcher well facing many difficulties
to balancing between the old data on collecting new data.
The research present an opinion which is summarized by: can we use
the old data after we updated and used it as alternatives? Or the researcher
must collect new data to complete their research which indicate to the present
situation and some times they cant complete their studies because of the
security, economic, temporally difficulties.
The research used two kinds of data, the old data which belong to the
period (1998) and new data
Background: The hip joint and lumbar spine are both anatomically and functionally closely related as had shown by many authors. So the abnormality in one area can affect the other e.g. hip joint osteoarthritis can cause lumbar sagittal malalignment and backache.
Objectives: is to see if there is significant improvement in backache after total hip replacement? And which degree of backache improvement is associated with significant changes in lumbar lordosis?

In this work, the effect of the addition of bright nickel plating and silver carried out by the electroplating method has been studied, on the coating of copper nanoparticles on the copper base metal via the process of thermal evaporation. The improvement of the solar absorber using CuNP in combination with the bright nickel and silver was obtained to be better than copper nanoparticles individually. A bright nickel enhanced the absorbed thermal stability. Also, other optical properties, absorptions, and emissivity slightly decreased from (93% to 87%), while the existence of silver had a slight impact on absorption of about (86.50%). The main focus of this article is to introduce the notion of rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic set and rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic topology by using rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic lower approximation, rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic upper approximation, and rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic boundary region. Then, we provide some basic properties, namely operations on rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic set and rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic topology. By defining rough pentapartitioned neutrosophic set and topology, we formulate some results in the form of theorems, propositions, etc. Further, we give some examples to justify the definitions introduced in this article.
