The diplomatic bag is one of the important means of communication used by the diplomatic mission to communicate with the government of the sending country and its consulates, as well as the missions in other countries. The diplomatic bag was granted absolute immunity against opening, seizing and inspection in order to effectively perform the function entrusted to it. The practical reality revealed the exploitation of the diplomatic bag to smuggle drugs and shipments of weapons and explosives that harmed the national security of the receiving country. The International Law Committee avoided the matter and reconciled the interest of the immunity of the diplomatic bag with the interest of the state in preserving national security and sovereignty.

Fifty-Four paddy samples, 45 soil samples, and nine irrigation water samples of some paddy fields at Alfurat Alawsat Area, Iraq were collected to investigate the microbial quality including total count bacteria (TCB), molds and yeast, total coliform (TC), and E. coli bacteria. Paddy samples were processed at the laboratory level to produce rice at 32 and 36 whiteness, and the microbial quality of the produced rice was conducted too. The results showed that all irrigation water samples were overpassed the FDA limit for E. coli. All paddy samples were exceeded the good limit of TCB, but no sample exceeded the acceptable limit. Recent reports provided evidence that epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) and some matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) contribute to the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells. This study investigated the expression pattern of some EMT markers (E-cadherin and Vimentin) and some MMPs (MMP-2 and MMP-9) in transitional cell carcinoma (TCC). Fifty five paraffin embedded biopsies were included in this study.
