Civil Responsibility Resulting from Clinical Trials According to UAE Ministerial Resolution No. (730) for (2018)
...Show More Authors

This study includes the new methods especially those related to clinical trials non-therapeutic clinical trials and new risks that may be exposed to. The Corna pandemic has raised many repercussions on all levels and fields, and raised many questions, especially in the legal field. Where many responsibilities arise because of the way to deal with this pandemic, exploit it, or neglect some of the obligations imposed to confront this pandemic. Therefore, the legislator had to intervene to organize practice of such clinical trials in order to ensure stability and reassurance, whether to the doctor, researcher or people who subject to such clinical trial in accordance with the Ministerial Resolution No. (730) of (2018). Therefore, such trials had to be discussed, especially such trails are still of concern because they focus on human body the thing that may cause damage to the person, who subject to such clinical trial, who, in turn, should ensure such damage, Therefore, it was necessary to clarify civil liability as it is an important part in the scope of treating the effects resulting from clinical trials, as some people deliberately or negligently tend to harm others, which calls for recourse to the provisions of civil liability, and that the burden of civil liability does not fall on individuals only, but may affect individuals morale as well.

This study is in the field of scientific technology and medicine that affects the person and his body, whether during his life or after his death, to achieve the various goals of these experiments through using it as a laboratory method.

To investigate the concentration and role of certain important elements in 30 patients women with breast cancer (without treatment, with treatment, and treated but recancer) by using statistical analysis. The serum concentration of some important elements (Mg, Cu, Zn, Cr, and Mn) of the patients with breast cancer, and (7) healthy control women it is found that: there is a significant increase in the concentration of (Mg, Zn, and Mn), but significant decrease in Cu concentration in all breast cancer patients compared with the healthy control. And significantly higher in Cr concentration in notreated and treated with recancer, but lower in treated patients as compared with healthy control.

the study aimed to identify the impact of the types of cooking utensils in transition metal elements to food and the effect of acid and storage in the concentration of these elements. used five types of cooking utensils including aluminum. tefal, astainls steel, glass. (pyrex), and ceramic prepared in it the food meal. the same meals were repeated add to them acid. the estimate of mineral elements in the meal prepared before storage and after storage in refrigerator temperature degree. the result shows the increase of aluminum concentration in the meals that prepared in aluminum pot reaching 2.913 pmm while reached less concentration in the meal prepared in astainls pot reaching 0.325 pmm. the highest concentration of iron reached 25.2 p

Urban Form Elements and Urban Potentiality ( Literature Review)
...Show More Authors

Morphological theories shape the leading platform to theoretically and practically consider the assets connected with the emergence of the city, and its growth and development over time. In this paper, five elements of the urban form are typified: structure/tissue, plot, building, block, and the street pattern will be addressed. Understanding the urban form at the different levels within its ingredients could lead to shape a base launch of how to consider the potentiality of the development and sustainability of a particular area.

The mixed-spin ferrimagnetic Ising system consists of two-dimensional sublattices A and B with spin values and respectively .By used the mean-field approximation MFA of Ising model to find magnetism( ).In order to determined the best stabile magnetism , Gibbs free energy employ a variational method based on the Bogoliubov inequality .The ground-state (Phase diagram) structure of our system can easily be determined at , we find six phases with different spins values depend on the effect of a single-ion anisotropies .these lead to determined the second , first orders transition ,and the tricritical points as well as the compensation phenomenon .

The Effect of Thyroxine Treatment in Infertile Subclinical Hypothyroid Patients
...Show More Authors

Background: Sub-clinical hypothyroidism (SCTD) is most commonly an early stage of hypothyroidism. Although the condition may resolve or remain unchanged, within a few years in some patients, overt hypothyroidism may develop, with low free T4 levels as well as a raised thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) level. In general thyroid dysfunction is a condition known to reduce the likelihood of pregnancy and to adversely affect pregnancy outcome. As screening for thyroid disease becomes more common, SCTD is being diagnosed more frequently in clinical practice. The aim of the study is to find out the effect of treating SCTD with thyroxin on the fertility status of the female patient.

The Immunohistochemically Estimation of CD63 in Iraqi Patients with Gastric Cancer
...Show More Authors

CD63 is -one of the tetraspanin family proteins, which are regarded as: hallmark exosomal markers because it is absent from other types of vesicles. It is expressed in the cell membrane of cancer cells, and cytoplasm of stromal cells. Objective: To assess CD63 expression in gastric cancer (GC) patients, and detected if it could be used as a predictive marker. Furthermore, the current study aimed to find the correlation between CD63 expression and clinicopathological parameters as: gender, age, invasion depth, histopathological type, involvement of lymph nodes, grade and stages of GC (TNM). The current study is a retrospective study in the period time from (2018 to-2020); 50 randomly patients formalin-fixed paraffin embedded blocks (FFPE)

High optical correction system based 800x600 analog spatial light modulator
...Show More Authors

In this work, a modern optical system based on modulation technique is constructed to achieve the retrieval of optical defects and distortions of the images behind dark barriers.  A 800x600 analog spatial light modulator (SLM) is used in this technique with a 632.8nm He-Ne laser, a circular metallic mesh (CMM) is imaged and disturbed and then dealing with our system. The SLM was confirmed for irregularity improvement such as variable diffracted optical element (DOE) control. The obtained results showed that the effect of distortion has been treated and reduced to be minimum by controlling phase and amplitude modulation of the scattered wave front utilizing the SLM. The obtained images showed identical to the original image wi
